Colour Fun with Chalk Bombs!

Today we had fun with chalk bombs! We ran away from each other and chased each other throwing the chalk bombs! We all got chalk everywhere... all on the driveway and all over us. It was lots of fun and very tiring.

 

 

Levi the Pirate!

My pirate name is Captain Blubla Sea Rat I have scars on my face, a black eye and ugly teeth!! I wear my pirate hat and shirt, and always wear an eye patch. I carry my sword in one hand and my hook in the other.

Balloon Experiment!

Today Mum and I did an experiment with balloons! 

In a  plastic bottle we put some vinegar and attached a balloon on top that had some baking soda inside! When we shook the baking soda into the bottle the reaction made the balloon blow up! 

In the glass bottle we only put water inside!

We microwaved the little bit of water until it was boiling and mum carefully got it out and attached a balloon on top! 

We watched as the air slowly got sucked out of the balloon and it got sucked inside the bottle!

Salt Crystals!

Today,  mum and I made salt crystals. We used salt and boiling water  & mixed it all together.

We tied a string to a stick and stuck it in there. We had to wait ages for the salt crystals to form on the string.

 

 

I got a special delivery today!!!!

A letter from Eziaz and Cruz came in the post today! It also had some stickers and balloons and some blow up balls with all the countries on it!-pretty cool!

We made cool pictures with leaves by putting them under the paper and colouring them with crayons-

I am pretty proud of what Luca and myself have created. Now I am going to try a different technique!

Magnatiles!

How cool is this! This allows me to become a critical thinker through creative play!

Scavenger Hunt!!

Mum wrote a list of stuff we had to find and I had to read it, then we searched outside and took a photo of when we found it!
