Prize Giving

Yesterday we had our prize giving. I got an award. My parents came to the watch us perform on the stage.(Dictated to the teacher.)

Compound words

I liked making compound words. It was was making the houses.

Testing time

I went to Mrs. Wilson for testing. I am Reading at Level 17 and can write many words. I am so happy.

Measuring

I can measure heaps of things.

Counting

I can count in 2’s.

Making words

I am learning to make words with the all sound. all is for All Blacks.

Maths

I like maths. I can count the blocks.

In my lunchbox

I love eating strawberries and my mum gave me some big ones for lunch.They were delicious.Thank -you mum!

Dancing robot

I used shapes to make my robot dance.It was fun.

Reading.

I can read lots of words.

I like reading. Mrs. Lal asked me to read and I did a good job. I am now reading at Level 9.

Is it kind?

I got a Duffy certificate in assembly today. It was for being kind and caring towards my classmates and for showing respect towards others. I got a Duffy book and Mrs. Lal gave me a little  board game. (Dictated to the teacher.)

When I go home I will show my mum my book and mini board game.
She will be so happy.(Dictated to the teacher.)

Drawing shapes

I am learning to draw shapes on my iPad. I can do it all by myself, it's so easy.(Dictated to the teacher.)
